Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return Policy

Nomadcrest offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery of the product.

Important Notes

Returns are not applicable on products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or limited-time offers unless the item is defective or damaged.

Products must be returned with:

  • Original invoice;
  • Product tags intact;
  • Original packaging;
  • Warranty cards (if applicable);
  • All accessories included.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.

All returned products are subject to inspection and quality checks at our warehouse. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after successful verification.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Promotional offers or special campaigns may have separate return conditions that override this policy.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, and Cash-on-Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Partial Returns

Yes, you may return individual products from an order.

Multiple items may be shipped together in a single package, provided that:

  • Each returned product is properly identified;
  • Original invoices are included;
  • Products meet all return eligibility conditions.

Return Request Rejection

A return request may be declined if:

  • The product has been used;
  • Product tags or original packaging are missing;
  • The item is damaged due to customer handling;
  • The request is made after the return period has expired;
  • The product is non-returnable or purchased under a special promotion.

How to Process a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Step 1: Log into your account at Nomadcrest.com.
  2. Step 2: Go to My Account → Orders and initiate a return request for the product.
  3. Step 3: Pack the item securely with original invoice, tags intact, original packaging and accessories.
  4. Step 4: Return requests should preferably be initiated within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  5. Step 5: Our support team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 3 working days of delivery.

Important: For complaints involving:

  • Missing items;
  • Damaged products;
  • Multiple products in one package;

Customers are required to provide a continuous unboxing video starting from the moment the sealed package is opened for the first time.

Opened-package videos or edited videos may not be accepted as evidence.

This requirement applies to both single-item and multi-item orders.

Refused Deliveries and Returned Orders

If an order is:

  • Refused at the time of delivery; or
  • Returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts,

the refund amount will be processed after deducting ₹100 towards shipping and handling charges.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, and before dispatch, are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are generally processed within 48 hours and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Customers agree that the decision of Nomadcrest.com regarding order cancellations shall be final.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges;
  • Cash-on-Delivery charges;
  • Convenience fees;
  • Gift wrapping charges (if applicable).

Special Promotional Products

Products purchased under:

  • Flash sales;
  • Clearance sales;
  • Special promotions;
  • Discount campaigns;

may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless received damaged or defective.
